Is it harder to get a Suicune 100iv??

In our small group I know of 2 people that have seen one in the first couple days. One that caught it and one that didn't. Which is more than previous legendaries

I raided twice and caught two 1564 Ghost/HP and 1561 Grass/Bubblebeam. Probably done with them.

I have two.

I know of someone with 2 and a 98%...but the previous month out of hundreds of Entei raids he didn't get a single 100%. It's all luck.

The guy next to me got a perfect Mewtwo AND Suicune and he didnt raid a lot. I've done around 200 legendary raids and 70 normal raids and have yet to see a perfect raid boss. (That also means a perfect hasn't run from me)

got a 100% on my sixth suicune raid and one of my raiding buddys has 2

its just rng dude maybe you see it maybe you dont

I've seen more 100% Suicune than any of the other legendaries so far. Not on MY phone, mind you, but on others'. I know one couple who each have two, saw another guy trying to catch one (it got away), and saw two people both get perfects in the same raid (a first that I've seen).

Personally, I've seen only one perfect legendary: an Entei that ran. I had actually assumed that Suicune would be the only legendary where I'd get a perfect because it's the one I care the least about.
