Iphone X is terrible at catching Pokemon

I've sometimes burrowed my dad's Iphone X to help him catch legendaries or finish make excellent/great throw quests which he cannot do and i had found out the X is among one of the worst phones for catching pokemon.

First, the physics are completely different from Iphone 8 or Android phones, it just feels very heavy and no matter how close the pokemon is gravity can suck the ball in and cause it to miss. The phone's small size doesn't help it either.

Secondly, the ball is located right above the swipe to go back home button, so if you curveball you can easily curve the bottom of the screen and flick back to the homepage or just curve the window itself and accidentally shut the app down.

Is anyone experiencing these problems when using the X to catch pokemon? I'm pretty sure the game works badly when catching pokemon in that phone.

The Phone model you're using won't affect the gravity within the game... If it's anything it'll be that the screen tracks your finger differently so it may throw with less power than you're use to, giving the illusion of stronger gravity.

My dad has an IphoneX too and I help him catch every legendary. It has very different throw mechanics.

iPhones don't catch pokemon, trainers catch pokemon....

Seriously, a raid partner recently got the X, he hated it at first but now loves it and thinks it's easier then ever to catch legendaries. Just need time to adapt if you're going to use it regularly.

The iPhone X is a horribly designed phone to begin with.
