I really hate events like this.
Caught 1 Dratini, a whole crap ton of Magikarp (none of them very good), but at least I got some candies. I just picture this bot roaming up and down the streets unscathed, reflecting any Karp less than 98 IV.
My catch of Day was that shiny 78 ish IV guy. I prolly wait to see how long this dumb shit will continue. ?

Off topic: I've been gaming for 30 years, I've never realized how rampid cheating is until this game.
I'm not perfect, if I take down a gym and my kids are in school, I've logged into their account, and stuck one of their pokes in there.
Yes I realize this also makes me a cheater, but holy crap, It explains every RPG of my life! How can 2 million gold only cost $2?
I totaly agree "G" isnt a solid defender, but since how extended and polluted the game is with cheaters using trackers, botters and spoofers, i feel that the accomplishment of having an army of them is pretty much the only way i can show off my clean game.
Grinding karps has become my trophy to measure myself vs the trackers mons. They dont go for karps, but i do, and its almost equal (they have more 100%)
