How do you like the Valentine Event so far

Disappointed, made Luvdisc first catch of the day and only got the usual 700 dust, not x3.

Low catch rate makes it feel only slightly better than catching two easy-rate weather boosted 1st evolutions. Shiny is hideous. Luvdisc won't ever evolve so all this candy is worthless, and it takes up far too many spawnpoints.

Also salty that there's no double candy, even if only for one day.

I love stardust events so I'm not gonna complain

Well, the stardust's just in time for preparing my Houndoom and Shiftry for the Ex raid, and since there's a new shiny out there, I'll be seeking it to add it to my collection, even if it's pretty useless. Too bad i can't afford a star piece.

1 starpiece = 2700 stardust. Is it worth it??

This event is terrible given the expectation of double candy. 2 days of insane amounts of Luvdisc isn't really my cup of tea.

Disgusting, Underwhelming and Appaling. They didn't even boost the encounter rate of most pink pokemon and double the candy and i had never saw a chansey. If every event is just like this then just don't make any.

Disappointing and underwhelming. No double candy, no double xp nor stardusts for all pokemons.

Well, 300 dust per Luvdisc is Okay, 450 with star pieces, but this event totally failed to impress me.

I racked up about 40K stardust in a little over an hour. I dropped two star pieces, and just grinded Luvdiscs continuously, ignoring all other mons. Exceptions were a wild Chansey (only the third I've ever seen, the other two being during last year's Valentine's event), a Lapras, and a high-IV L33 Growlithe.

Tomorrow night, I will spend even more time continually grinding Luvdiscs with star pieces. This is an opportunity that cannot be squandered.

I enjoy any event that offers stardust bonuses. Don't see what all the whining is about. Maybe those complaining on here have all of their favorite Mons and 100%ers maxed out and have millions of dust saved for future gen releases? Who knows.
8K in dust with a star piece is a little low. I just did a half hour grind and got 18K. Less than half of what I caught were Luvdisc. To be fair I was at a cluster spawn point in my city.
