Help! I can't log in

I want to turn game on today after update on Iphone SE, but the game was closing each time i want to open game. After that i deleted and re-download app but now i can't log in because app show me that only option to log is to use Pokemon Trainer Club, but my account is created using e-mail. What should i do? if i don't log in game i loose 7 day streak to celebi quest. HELP!

Uninstalled the game from my iPhone, reinstalled, and logged in again, (through Google), and now the game seems to be running fine.
