Heatran and Milotic significantly stronger?
I used my Heatran in pvp today and it just outright beat a Ho-oh and a Rayquaza just by spamming Iron Head. Also when i fought spark his Milotic was much more annoying and can take out like 50% of my Giratina's HP just by spamming waterfall. As off topic, don't even talk about Giratina it's even worse.
Is it me or Iron Head and Waterfall are much stronger after the patch?

The February PVP rebalance made the following moves stronger (most by about 20%): Smack Down, Waterfall, Confusion, Frost Breath, Ice Shard, Razor Leaf, Body Slam, Dazzling Gleam, Flamethrower, Ice Punch, Psyshock, Iron Head, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, and Shadow Claw.
It also made Flamethrower, Thunder Punch, and Thunderbolt cost a bit more energy to use.
