NNNNOOOOOOOOOO!
I had a terrible experience trying to raid when it was both Rayquaza and Kyogre. Everyone would show to a 5 tier raid just to leave when Kyogre hatched to try to find a Rayquaza. Now it's going to be even worse...

Yay! That's a very cool event. It reminds me to an Ingress anomaly. You can change the in-game world temporarily. Nice one

I missed out on Groudon, and I've only got the one, 69IV Kyogre, so yay.

I guess time to change Kyogre from Blizzard to Hydropump. I’m doing Rayquaza in very small raiding parties, really can only handle Airslash/AA and Airslash/AP right now. They should release some other/old tier 3s and 4s, too. When the tier 5 confusion wears us down.

"We’re in for some legendary battles, and the overall result will be exciting! If Rayquaza is defeated more than Kyogre and Groudon combined, Pokémon that typically prefer windy weather (for example, Bagon) are more likely to hatch from Eggs from March 5 to March 16. If not, Pokémon that prefer sunny or rainy weather (like Trapinch or Lotad) are more likely to hatch."

NOBODY RAID GROUDON OR KYOGRE!!! NOBODY!!!!

Yawn. I really couldn't care less about Kyogre and Groudon anymore, and my best are only 89% of each. Move on, please.

huh. the birds would have been more interesting. Articuno might have been sought after briefly even.

Can only guess they think they’ll get millions and millions of lapsed players on dratini day. Maybe those people missed the many Kyogre and Groudon opportunities?

They tend to do this. I hadn't powered up my Groudon or Kyogre yet because I had a feeling this would happen after (or during) Rayquaza.

Unfortunately this doesn't help me at all. I already have 248 Kyogre candies from some investment (meaning every Kyogre I catch would be an utter waste unless I were to power a second one), and I only need a few Groudon candies to hit that number.

Moreover, my best Kyogre and Groudon is 98%, meaning I'm highly unlikely to encounter a better one.

I think I'll stick with Rayquazas for the candy and the Bagon/Ralts/Beldum hatch bonus. I'm sure I'll be in the minority, though.

While I’m not exactly excited, Kyogre doesn’t have much of a purpose right now—despite hearing (and knowing) how awesome it is. Cool to use it against Groudon a time or two—have a Kyogre at 37; three more boosted Kyogre, and 5 double water Gyarados from 2814 to 2994.
