Graph - Best Smack Down to go with Stone Edge

So I made a graph of different possible Smack Down (different DPS and EPS) and what they will yield the overall DPS with Stone Edge as a charge move.

How to read the graph:

1. X-axis is the fast move DPS and Y-axis is the fast move EPS;
2. On each of the four blue lines are the pairs of (DPS, EPS) that yield the same overall DPS (with Stone Edge as a charge move)
3. Red lines are the (DPS, EPS) of the current fast moves. Some select moves are labeled.

Conclusion:
1. Best fast moves to pair with Stone Edge are Counter and Dragon Tail
2. Runners-up include Steel Wing, Fire Spin, Rock Throw and Confusion
3. Iron Tail, Razor Leaf, Pound, Metal Claw, Extrasensory and Karate Chop also offer very good overall DPS

The article assumes Smack Down share the same parameters as Rock Throw. Under this, Tyranitar will be pretty rocking. In fact, no matter the fast move (as long as it's not Yawn-like), if T-tar gets Smack Down, it'll definitely be game-changing. But fears are that a Smack Down T-tar will make other Rock-types look bad and therefore is bad for the game.

The real question here:

Do you think Tyranitar should get Smack Down or not?
