Go+ doesn´t vibrate

Bought a Go Plus at Ebay, which is, for whatever reason, unable to vibrate.
Connection works as good/bad as it should; it catches stuff, spins stops and glows in the correct colours, but being unable to vibrate is really an issue for me, since I dont want to stare at my Go Plus to notice if I could catch/spin something.

Is there a way for me to fix this?

Had the same issue. There is no fix available. You have to send it back and ask for a new one.

You got 2 options. Contact Niantic or the store you bought the device from. Niantic answers slowly and makes you go through an entire procedure. It's probably easier to contact the store.

How many times have you dropped it? Recently mine decided to vibrate once in a while. Connection remains fine. Unfortunately just have to pay more attention to the light.
