Getting 100% IV pokemon to level 40 (My new Meta!!)

So, it has begun!

My new meta is getting all 100% IV pokemon to level 40. Meaning lots of dust, lots of candy farming, and lots of patience!!

Anyone out there with level 40 100% IV mons?

Those are cool but you're a bit dust poor. I did it with Espeon to get to exactly 3k.

How did your mon get to level 40? Wasn't 39 the cutoff

Yes. Dust is the major problem right now and with the current dust shortage by removing the 5000 dust a day bonus I'm left to finding friendly gyms with hungry mon to feed berries, hatching eggs and catching useless pokemon.

9k to power up at this point, just can't bring myself to do it at this point with legendaries incoming.

And risk getting HS? Seriously?

Maybe if one is swimming in charge TMs and can afford to go back and forth multiple times. But I don't plan on touching mine.

Champ is fine for now. Don't want to get HS

Same, Paychic is a bit faster than FS so you can squeeze in more.

Psychic is actually slower than FS (2.8 vs 2.7 CD)...

How did you push them to level 40?

Nice! I try, definitely not level 40, but I do keep non trash perfects maxed if they have the movesets. Only 36.5 at the moment and takes quite a chunk of dust every time I hit the next level.

Also have a perfect gengar and alakazam at level 20 on the back burner if they ever get the correct moves.

I have an Ekans with 100% iv but im not evolving it, guess y?
i already have a 100% iv Abork lol, not gonna max them.
i might consider my 0% iv Catapie before them xD
