I’ve been avoiding Flareon solos since I wasn’t even close the first time it appeared. According to the guide now you need at least lvl 35 SD/SE Ttar if you’re out of Kyogre.

Fact: 2 lvl 30.5 Kyogre Wf/HP + 2 lvl 30.5 Ttar SD/SE took down a weather boosted Flareon with Flamethrower without any problem. Dodged a couple of times with the Kyogres but won’t do it again.

The boss had Last Resort so I’ll definitely look for some more Flareon raids today.

Good to know. I only have 1 Kyogre but 3 lvl35 Tyranitars, a 4th is lvl30. Might try to solo flareon if I get the chance.

Kyogre has almost 10% higher DPS so it might be close. I’m closer to running out of time compared to fainting.

You can actually run around 2 Kyogre at 30+ and 3 or so Gyarados or Smack down Tyranitars in 35+. Should have no trouble even if fire spin overheat, since they all resist fire.

My example used only level 30.5, both Kyogre and Ttar. You don’t need to power the Ttars to level 35 for Flareon solo.

A few hours later I repeated this against a weather boosted boss with Fire Blast. Had to work also with my 3rd SD/SE Ttar for that one but it was an easy victory. The only threat to this level 30 team might be a weather boosted Overheat.
