Fighting Machamp boss with flying trash+a big lugia
What would be the best trash (likely lucky trash) plus being barely viable. To anchor since I won’t fully max trash: 1 or 2 Lugia available (or 1 Lugia plus a Ho-Oh) depending if I miss the first few tries. Swellow and Fearow with Sky Attack? Masquerain? Aware of the Xatu video, so assume one of the best trash options. Noctowl? Crobat? Obviously pointless fun/conjecture, but observations welcomed—maybe I have some stuff/see some stuff and I get lucky

I’m not gonna make a video (no clue how) so cheating with a 3400 Lugia anchor would happen. I do know Masquerain out. Noctowl Attack stat too low, so it is out too.
**Scyther a good option, but all mine are Scizor. Crobat is a so-so option in this matchup.
For me I’m seeing: Xatu with FS, Swellow with Sky Attack, Fearow with Sky Attack are three in the 180sec ballpark. Checking to see if missing one or two more ok trash birds. However, those appear to be the only handful of options that benefit a party fighting Machamp
I just evolved another lucky Scyther, so don’t really have a decent Scyther. Stuff that is a little slower (less than ideal flying moves) I would just want them to faint fast, so might would just put in two SA Swellows. (This question and raid in general very pointless).
***perfect Scyther at level 35 double flying, no dodging against C/DP Machamp TTW appx 173sec. That is in Xatu’s league (but I don’t have a Scyther)
Looking at DPS/TDO, similar DPS to Xatu:
Scyther, Dodrio, Murkrow.
Lower DPS:
Swellow, Fearow, Noctowl, Crobat, Masquerain, Pelipper.
Best way to analyze how low you can go is to input the potential team into pokebattler and let it tell you the chance of success. But I'd wager that with just a Lugia to help you with TTW, your team can't be too much worse than Xatu's level.
