Feeding Pokemon
Everybody is talking about having to go back to a gym regularly to feed their Pokemon. But in the announcement for the gyms i thought it sounded like you could feed anybody on your teams and not just your own. Considering there is some sort of reward for feeding Pokemon I think people will do it. Kind of like people would prestige a gym even after their mon was in
Will you feed other team members Pokemon if they lose motivation or just your own? Will you feed Pokemon in a gym that you're not even in if the reward is sufficient? Or did I misread something and you can actually only feed your own Pokemon?

Assuming the gym lasts I would definitely feed other people's Pokémon. I wonder how much feeding will really come in to play as you won't be getting as many of the level 10 stagnant gyms like before. A level six is a much more inviting target assuming it takes a time equivalent as to what it took before. I'm anxious to see how it all plays out.
I expect it to be this way. And to increase the effect, I expect feeding to be something you can do from far away, sitting at home. So you will have to attack gyms to place your defenders in locations, where the other teams will send them home. Which is a good thing; the big player clans dividing up the territory and not attacking anything outside was an important factor in making the gym scene so stagnant during the last months.
I used to prestige for lower level trainers (never mind a spoofer might have benefitted instead), so I have no problem feeding teammates' defenders. Assuming that:
- One of my mon is in the gym
- I have enough berries for my own in any gym
- There is some kind of reward
It would be interesting if we were notified who fed our mon.
P. S. If you could feed a poison berry to a rival mon (that decreased its motivation), would you do it?
