Exclusive moves, when to evolve?

I would like to wait as much as possible to get better mons to give them the exclusive moves and more candy but i'm unsure until what point it would be safe to evolve. Early Monday morning is advisable? Or should i evolve them Sunday night to be safe from any bug?

Sunday night after you've finished catching. I think I've heard the event spawns go away at 2 AM

Depends on your time zone. 2 AM (Monday morning) if you're on Eastern time, 1 AM Central time, midnight for Mountain time, and 11 PM (Sunday night) Pacific time. If you're outside the US, convert 11 PM PST to your timezone. There will probably be countdown clocks somewhere online as well.
