Ex raid "fixes"
We've had two or more rounds of Ex-raids since the Niantic tweet about EX-raid fixes. Has it been figured out what the "fixes" were?
Are friends/families able to raid together?
Are people who get passes on holiday/at holiday locations able to use the passes elsewhere?
Can they be saved for a later date?
Etc.

It appears to be even more broken now.
Last week, ~80 were invited to one. That same day, most of the same 80 got invites for today, one week later, same day, time, and location. After today, maybe only half of those got invites for next week. I have no idea what Niantic is hoping to accomplish outside of alienating its player base.
This is the same conclusion that I drew after yesterday's raid. Yes, I was among the lucky few in my area to get two back-to-back invites (which is still a head scratcher). But yesterday's raid simply wasn't fun. Because there we all were AGAIN rearranging our day and, for many, taking time off of work, allowing Niantic to lead us around by the nose. And then they add insult to injury by inviting only a random subset of those same people to yet another raid next week. As of now, I'm done with this system and have no intention of jumping when Niantic tells me to any more. Let the next EX raid expire. To me, it's not worth the stress of sneaking out of work and dealing with the hurt feelings of friends who are now back into the "have not" camp.
NYC is a terrible place to try to get EX raid passes. A grand total of 3 locations were selected for 11/3 and only 3-4 have been confirmed for 11/11 - that's for the entire city. Not all the locations have been sponsored, either, so there really is no logic to it. I know people who have done thousands of raids with no EX pass (not collectively - individually!). It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Not to mention, spoofers abound here and probably collect a significant fraction of the invites despite cheating.
Regarding the OP, there's no trace of a fix in my area at least.
