Evolving L23 or powering up L20?
Hey guys I have 3 L20 Tyranitar from raids with
CP-IV-ATT/DEF/STA
2052 82% 13/14/10
2041 80% 11/14/11
2038 77% 11/10/14
But I just caught Larvitar L23 615 95% 15/15/13
My Larvitar candy 133, and my dust about 200k, what do you think guys?

I already had a 3100 Tyranitar before these raids started...then I hatched a 100% larvitar. I put all my candy toward that 100%, but now I'm at 3000+ for 4 TTs and I'm on 2700 on the next one---2 other 2065s I recently raided. Just do the 95% and put what candies you have left toward it. You have a lot of Tyranitars, which is awesome...you just don't have a lot of awesome Tyranitars---best to work toward the great one. Like I said level 20 TTs are still somewhat useful because they resist and are type effective
Tough one, but I wouldn't be able to resist that 95% Larvitar sitting on the bench begging to be evolved. It will cost a lot of dust and candy, but you know eventually you will evolve that high IV Larvitar, so why not now? Probably wouldn't be the smartest or most efficient thing to do with your limited resources, but would be damn satisfying to have a 95% Tyranitar.
You could throw some rare candies at it and evolve the Larvitar. You just need to think about the opportunity cost of having fewer rarebcandies for legendaries.
I was in a similar situation with a 100 IV hatch that I decided to evolve. I gave it enough rare candies to bring it up to around 3000 and have been using only larvitar candies since.
Just be patient and do the 95% one. A few weeks from now you won't even remember the cost and you'll have an awesome trophy. Also, L23 is still thousands of stardust cheaper than a 95% L20 one that was hatched, which is where most people would get a good Larvitar. Work on the 95 and in the meantime maybe you'll raid a better TTar. But it also depends on the TTar movesets. If it's got IT/FB I would be less inclined to power it up than a B/C or B/SE.
