Empty team method does not work

I keep forgetting to try it, but from what I have read it is possible to "rejoin" too early. You get kicked because the fight has not started yet. IIRC, the thread on Reddit suggested pressing the rejoin button when the fight timer was at about 182.

You have to time your rejoin depending on your phone. If you join too early you start the raid before the server does and it kicks you out. For fast phones hit rejoin at around 182 sec, for slow ones at around 184 sec.

I tried today when i join at 183, it give me 176.
Not optimal but better than my ussual time at 172-173 when i am using screen recorder.
Will try again at 184 if i am fast enough to see the result
