1.Lugia
2.Ursaring
3.Machamp

Ursaring and Doduo in addition to your list. Lugia was always extremely easy for me too

I had most success on Wailmer and legendaries.

1.Nosepass
2.Wailmer
3.Makuhita

Ho-oh and Zapdos can get you a few.

Ledyba and Wailmer are the easiest ones which are also pretty common.
Zangoose by far the easiest for me though, but less common. Same for Doduo (though you can get that one aftter field research) and Exeggutor (raid).

Outside of legendaries I would say sudowoodo, wailmer, and tauros if available

1. Wailmer.
2. Fearow.
3. Makuhita.
4. Furret.
5. Mr.Mime.
6. Linoone.

Formerly, Spoink was about as easy as Wailmer.

I used to get them on ekans all the time until they changed the catch distance and ring size
