dragonite question

i have a dragonite at level 33, should i keep powering him up or farm for another dragonite??

depends what dnite you have. You should get both dt/or and dt/h before they create new movesets.

got a dt/h, should i go for another or keep powering it up, can only get candies from hatched dratini and walking..?

Definitely keep the one you have but try and get one with outrage.
