Does anyone actually have a good IV shiny Magikarp?

I've caught two shiny Magikarp with 21% & 46% IV's. I would love to have a red Gyarados, but I refuse to evolve either one of these two. I did 5 Makigarp raids in hopes of getting a good IV shiny, but haven't had any luck with that either. Anyone have a good IV one?

I consider 78% a good one (11a-12d-12s)

Yeah, I'd consider that good, too, seeing as how 1. It's very hard to find a shiny to begin with & 2. How they come with low IV's.

is confirmed obtainable in raids? Ive caught several in the wild all garbage IV's. Best one is probaby a level 20 107CP with a 4 possible IV combination average of 13.5A/7D/6S. shyt

I got one in a raid (it doesn't show as shiny until the catch screen) that is 87% (male). I also have two wild ones that are both 51% (females).

I think I've been very lucky with shinies, having 3 already with 338 magikarp caught.

Mine is 88.9%

Found it a week after they released them my only shiny.

I have a shiny Karp with undetermined IVs but at least 82% also.

A friend of mine caught a 100% shiny!! But not Magikarp ... it was a Pikachu.

I have a 33IV magikarp with 1 attack, but fortunately it was a level 30 already so I was like whatever man, still came out as a 2.5k Gyarados so still decent.

People that used scanners to farm high IV Magikarps when shiny Magikarps were first released were able to get high IV shiny Magikarps. They were not guaranteed a shiny, but if they found one it would be high IV because that was all they were checking. That was before Niantic started randomizing IVs for each player level under level 30 to hinder the low level bots used for scanners.
