Current STAB Bonus

Asked this a while ago, wasn't satisfied with answers.

What is the current STAB bonus. I know it was 1.25, then went down to 1.20 when SE went up to 1.4, and I seem to recall that it went back up to 1.25 recently, either during the great CP shift, or when SE went to 1.6 for PvP.

Anyone have a solid answer to this, with references?
