Ctm gengar before gen 4 drop?

Hej all,

I have a 15 attack gengar with sludge bomb witch i like to change into shadow ball.
I know I should safe my ctm until gen 4 drops, but i keep thinking about the fact that they might change SB into a legacy move for gengar.

Do you think this thought is in it's place or am i worried about nothing?
