Chansey and moltres dilemma

Got super lucky and caught a 1300cp 100% Chansey. Evolve or max as is, keep it and use it in gyms/wait for a com day? I have solid defenders and a maxed 91% blissey. Dust not issue.

Moltres, my fav. Got a weather boosted 98% 14at, a regular 98% with 15at and a 93% lucky shiny with equal stats 14/14/14. All with sky attack.
I do not have any fire moltreses maxed due to lack of good speciments. Thinking about maxing two of them. Dust or candy not issue.

1. Max Chansey and keep as is or evolve and Max
2. Which moltres? Several?

If you only have one decent Blissey, I would evolve, otherwise keep it.

I took just one Moltres/SA to level 30. I guess you have a couple of Blast Burn Charizards? Then it’s enough. Fire is not hot in PoGO...

And Heatran is coming, eventually. So Fire Moltres won't be in as much demand, unless it's against something flying is good against.

I don’t think a C-Day for Blissey will ever yield a better defensive moveset than it already has. It’s not even supposed to have Dazzling Gleam and is one of the reasons so many of us TM’d our good ones in fear of it becoming Legacy.

You’re right. Forgot about that.

I still don’t think it can learn a better move for what’s is sole purpose is which is Defense. Dazzling Gleam counters it’s weakness counters of Fighting types plus the heavy hitters of raw dps from Dragon types. Sure it has resistances but those typings aren’t really doing the work that much faster.

Evolve, and don't max. A Blissey is a Blissey, it's gonna put people off attacking whether it's 2500 or 3000 CP.

I'd power up the shiny moltres!

A 2500 cp Blissey is pretty much a maxed Blissey at 2/3rds motivation. No matter how you look at it there's a fairly big difference in how long the fight takes and how hard the Blissey hits your Machamps. Not to mention the intimidation factor against lower level players from high CP.

1. Whether to evolve or not evolve the Chansey depends on which one you need more. If you don't have a maxed Chansey yet and your area is active, I'd recommend making a maxed Chansey. You can always evolve to Blissey later if you feel like it.

2. Barring new fire-type moves, SA Moltres will be the supreme counter against Bug and Grass even over Heatran. Up to your personal preference which to power up really, if you like the lucky shiny, power it up, if you want to save a bit of candy, power the weatherboosted, if you want the best IVs, power the 98a15.

Gonna Max the Chansey then evolve.
Gonna trade 4 more shiny moltres and then power the best. Gonna max the 98% with 15at and the best shiny. Still thinking about one more fire moltres. Its my teambird and my fav. Gonna kost me 15% of the dust pot. Thx

If you take a lot of Gyms and put a Mon in first -> Blissey
If you offen add to a gym, that Already has a Blissey -> Max Chansey
