hi,

i have 2 chanseys and i have only 70 candys:
level 27 cp:1056 iv:75,6 (hp13 atk11 def10)
level 15 cp:604 iv:82,2 (hp14 atk13 def10)
what chansey should i choose to evolve for defense?

Neither. The game is all about attacking now. You actually don't want to discourage people attacking your Mons and sending them back to you so you can get some coins.

Blissey is useful in case you need to discourage people to take down the gym immediately. In high-turnover areas, where every gym gets broken down often they are useful.

No one needs Blisseys in the current meta.

Chansey is already good at defense in the current gym meta with the PokéCoin mechanic. Not too easy to be defeated and stays a little bit longer than other gym defenders.

No need to waste candies to evolve and power them up to lose motivation faster. A Blissey with 600 CP might not even cause pretty much trouble for level 5 players.
