Just curious, I've been 40 since Sept '17, 47k catches, I have never used a plus or gotcha. I'm curious as to where I stand in the world average
There's no data of the world average. Among the certified TL40 club members you'd rank above 24% of members (checked using the spreadsheet in their application form).
I'm sure you rank pretty high among non-plus non-gotcha players, it takes serious time commitment to catch that many pokemon by hand.
You caught that well- I never did a mass evolve since my low level 30s when my free lucky egg supply went out. Never got a lucky egg since.
I also went completely slack (well slack as in I never played differently than normal lol) during the double EXP events.
I am a high level 39 though (450k to go), so the stats might surprise you more if I'm a low 39, more than a high 39.
Still impressive
One of the advantages I saw in reaching Lv40, was, that I dont feel the need to grind for XP anymore.
Stopped mass evolving then, but prepared myself pretty heavily for double XP events before (did 7mio XP during the Farfetched event)
The game feels alot better without mass hording ridiculous amounts of pidgeys, weedles and so on to evolve them all together during a double XP event (I almost never evolved outside of them and reached Lv40 with 27k catches)
