Candy Dearth?

I get anywhere between 0 to 3 rare candies. damage done doesn't seem to matter.

I rarely get any candy (that wording..)
My worst streak so far were 9 5 star raids in a row without getting a single rare candy, that's pretty demotivating.
I understand that they are meant to be "rare" but I really think they brought it a step to far

My last 5 raids have been, in order, Lugia x3, Mawile, Absol. I've gotten, in order, 9, 9, 9, 2, and 4 rare candies. However, the only tm I got was a fast tm from the Absol. Probably just RNG.

RNG. It's all RNG.

For literally months, I didn't get any TM's. FTMs, CTMs, didn't matter, I didn't get any. Since Rayquaza, I've gotten 10 CTM's and about 15 FTM's. (I've taken to using my FTM's on Pokémon that are essentially trophies just to get them out of my inventory.)

Three weeks ago I did my first EX raid, then dumped 55 Rare Candies into my Mewtwo. Since then, I've done 25 Legendary raids +/- and gotten 9 Rare Candies - all in the same raid. Meanwhile, I'm Golden Razzberrying my gyms on a regular basis because I'm getting GR's out the waaaaazzzooo - I got 15 in one raid. 15!!! (15GR's and 2 CTM's after a Rayquaza raid. I had no idea what to make of that RNG.)

RNG, man, RNG. I honestly don't think that Niantic understands what "R" stands for - there's just way too much clustering in the game for it to be Random.

I’ve gotten 2 rare candy in the past 7 days...however, raided 1 Tyranitar, 1 Electabuzz, 1 magikarp...I was in a place that had no other raids, then I was traveling back from that place.

I’ve had the same kind of drought the past 2-3 weeks. Can’t tell if it’s RNG or if they changed up the rewards again. If it continues for another couple of weeks it’s probably rewards change up.

Probably just unlucky at the moment. I reached lvl 40 recently and still get rare candies.
Did two raids today and got three from each.

How many candies do you have? I've noticed that the more I have, the less I get.

P.S. Wouldn't mind getting more Revives. I can get 15 Hyper potions from a raid, but not a single Revive. Really annoying.

So you're thinking there's a pattern with just 6 data points? Sorry but it's just RNG, getting a streak of 5 raids with no RC in the reward pool is perfectly normal, albeit a bit unlikely.

I really wish a Rare Candy bundle was guaranteed for Tier 3 and above, even if it's just one....even at the expense of the guaranteed Golden Razz

Yes, appears to be. And ironically I've had more luck getting candy from tier 1 raids than 2 (as an incentive to do those?) Soloed a Gendar yesterday, got none! Wasn't there supposed to be a guaranteed payout for tier 3+? This is one reason why I try to solo 3 raids. (I'm lvl 40 BTW).

Maybe it's just RNG.... but we only pay attention to what we want/need at a given time.
