Can lapras and snorlax still get hatched from eggs?

I can confirm a hatched snorlax on 11th of Feb.

I hatched a Lapras a several weeks ago. Things could have changed since then but I'm guessing they're still there

I've hatched a Snorlax after the latest egg rework. Bleeping bleeped me off - mostly because it was ANOTHER 71% Snorlax (I've hatched 5 Snorlax at 71% or lower). If it was a 90%+ Snorlax, okay, I'm collecting high IV Pokémon so that'd be cool. But dammit - Snorlax are rare as bleep, and so I really want to hatch good ones when I have to "waste" a 10km egg like that.

Anyway. Yes, Snorlax still hatching since the egg rework. I hatched a Lapras between the last two egg reworks. (another crappy Lapras with low IV's and Water moves. ARGH. Anyway)

Ugh, hatched a Snorlax this morning, super low, too. Like 1854 low.
