Biggest winners in PvP after rebalance

I reckon:

Ludicolo: now that Razor Leaf is a damage powerhouse and it got Ice Beam to fire every now and then (still not very often though), it's finally useful in Great and Ultra.

Clefable: can't wait to get one and mash people to death in the Great League.

Jirachi: Confusion + Doom Desire is the shredder of almost everything now, I hope they launch the special research for it soon.

Munchlax (and legacy Snorlax): like Body Slam weren't good enough already.

Empoleon and Kyogre might finally see some use.

Ninetales (both versions) might be useful after all as well.

Muk's got a very useful and spammy punch.

And some honorable losers:

Minun, as Thunderbolt is not that awesome anymore.

Mawile and Loudred, as neither Astonish nor Bite was fixed, so it will stay mediocre.

Your post confuses me because I dont have any background info. Could you please post a link with what moves got nerfed and buffed?

Gamepress hasn't got that yet, GO Hub link:

Thanks! Do all the changes to move strength only apply to pvp? Im assuming strength of moves remained the same for gyms and raids.

Snorlax now can learn outrage. With BS buff and outrage to hit dragons its one of the great winners.

Right, legacy Snorlax with BS+Outrage now will be a killer as well.

It's basically a Giratina killer in Ultra. L\BS+Outrage. Use BS to get rid of shields and finish the job with outrage.

In the mean time, Great Leaguers eagerly await Giratina's appearance with their Azumarrils, Wigglytuffs and Mawiles ready. :)

BS will do d!ick-all to Girantina, so nobody is going to waste Shields lol I'm not sure who you think you have fooled.

Charge up outrage, then fire BS using only a fraction of the energy. PvP 101.

The move itself does almost nill.
GL with that strategy though.

The point is you fire a BS and they Shield in anticipation of what they think is an Outrage.

You'll fool some people for sure. Not me. I've seen this strategy already lol. You're gonna have to do better than that.

Jesus, could you sound any more pathetic? You brag like a 13yo on xbox live.

About the same as the one who is excited about owning people with their Snorlax.
*Shrug* : )

Goes to show just how amateur you really are. And besides that wasn't me, I just interjected because your reply made me cringe and I just had to let you know you just made a fool out of yourself.

Then someone is just going to use outrage instead of body slam lmao

You clearly haven't played much pvp if you've never seen people bluff different charge moves. It's a very common tactic with Whiscash for example.

I've got over 450 battles won. Had my blue jacket for about 10 days. My win percentage is about 90% against mostly lv 40 players.

All RL users are now worth a second look, that DPT is just busted. Ludicolo probably is very good now.
Clefable still has very low neutral TDO. MM makes it better, but I'm not sure if it's enough to make it good, will have to test.
Munchlax: Vigoroth is a straight up better user of Body Slam because it gets Counter. It was already a good starter, now it's probably amazing.

I don't think Bite needs to be "fixed". It's fine, even if it's far from the best fast move. EPT is more valuable than DPT, but high DPT has its uses.

Well, as far as neutral TDO goes, Munchlax is still better (76 TDO vs Vigoroth's 72).

Usability-wise, Vigoroth can be better, depending on the meta shape though.

Victreebel. Combine the really hard hitting upgraded Razor Leaf and it's low energy generation with Leaf Blade and it's ridiculously low energy cost and high efficiency, and one has a damage machine. Gonna try it out in both Great and Ultra league, Great first.
