Articuno or Lapras against Lugia raid
Title says it all, which one is better? Both of mine are around 2400 CP.

I back out and revive after my two Tyranitars go down for the first time so I have more time after my damage contribution resets. After that I usually only reach my last pokemon if Lugia has Hydro Pump and everyone else's Golems are falling too fast. Lapras in the last spot can tank a lot of damage while still contributing multiple Blizzards or Ice Beams.
I've used Lapras IS/IB 2238 and I am impressed with its durability and it is still effective. Lugia is tough to beat as you know, if you get enough players to try to win w/o fainting nobody will fault you for including a Lapras (2400 is a great one). As the above poster remarked sometimes you just have to faint and then try again
