Alakazam solo, the final question

Will this team be able to solo PC/FS and PC/FB (with dodging FB)?
Any changes needed to order of team?
Should Mewtwo be powered further?
Will C/FS be possible with this team?

Both Gengars are at their final breakpoints.

1: Gengar CP 2350 L34.5 82% 12/11/14 SC/SB
2: Gengar CP 2217 L29.5 91% 15/12/14 H/SB
3: Mewtwo CP 3429 L31.5 84% 11/15/12 PC/SB
4: Ttar CP 3309 L33.5 96% 14/15/14 B/Cr
5: Ttar CP 3188 L32 82% 14/08/15 B/Cr
6: Ttar CP 3109 L30 89% 15/14/11 B/Cr

I also have one Ttar that I CTMed to Crunch (thankfully it took just 1 TM), and considering powering up.
CP 2291 L22 93% 15/13/14 B/Cr

I CTMed it from SE because I didn't expect to suddenly find a 14/08/15 wild Pupitar and get a usable Ttar immediately with just 100 candies and 2 CTMs.
The 15/13/14 Ttar was also evolved from a hatched Larvitar pre-gym rework, not raided, and that was another reason I wanted to power it up.

But when would I really need more than 3 B/Cr Ttars outside of Mewtwo EX raids and Alakazam solo? I doubt Lati@s need 4 Ttars.

Because of that, I would wait for a REALLY good TTar before I power it, and then I would power it to max.

Psychics are by far the prevalent legendary types, falling just behind Dragon. (E.G. Mewtwo, Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Lugia, Deoxys, Latios, Latias, Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit, etc....)

Yes as long as you keep your Gengars alive as long as possible. I did a PC/FB Zam today with 11 seconds to spare. My team was
1. Gengar CP 2200 H/SB
2. Gengar CP 2150 H/SB
3. Gengar CP 1980 SP/SB
4. Houndoom CP 2240 S/FP
5. Ttar CP 3200 B/Cr
6. Ttar CP 3120 B/Cr

As you can see, my Gengars are terribly underpowered compared to yours. You should be fine

You should be able to easily roll over PC/FS with this team, with no dodging. PC/FB is trickier; if you dodge every FB, there is a good chance you will time out. Allow yourself time for a few tries in order to dial in the right amount of dodging.

Two Gengars is living dangerously against C/FS. Do you have a double dark Houndoom you can put in place of one of them? You might be able to do it as is, but I like your chances better with a Houndoom in there. As for which Gengar to replace, on paper, SC/SB looks better, but when I soloed C/FS, I was never able to get off two SB's from my SC/SB Gengar. When I swapped it out for a H/SB, the faster energy gain let me fire off two SB's, and I believe that was what put me over the top.

Against the FS movesets, try to dodge as little as possible.

I've had similar experiences against C/FS. FS fires so fast that SC Gengar won't have time to land the second Shadow Ball without dodging, whereas Hex Gengar does it just a bit faster, finishing the second SB before Alakazam can possibly KO it.

I would say that team can take down any moveset with proper dodging. People have taken down C/FB using only level 30 mons and this team is pretty similar to what was used there. Against C movesets you want to move Mewtwo to the first spot. And be prepared for trial and error.
