15/14/15 or 15/15/14 Zapdos?

I have these two Zapdos obtained from Research with Atk / Def / Sta:
15 / 14 / 15
15 / 15 / 14

Is it worth saving up Rare Candies and powering up one of them? And if so, which one (assuming same moves)?

I would imagine 15 / 15 / 14 would be slightly better (assuming same moves).

fyi the 15/14/15 Zapdos has Thunderbolt, but the 15/15/14 has Thunder. Ignoring moves I would imagine the 15/15/14 is better, but with moves it's the 15/14/15.

Thunderbolt is (currently at least) much better than Thunder.

If TMs or moves were not an issue, I would give a small nod to 15a/15d/14s, but it is probably close enough to not particularly matter.

IMO almost anything is worth taking to level 30—I have at least 1 legendary at level 30 except Suicune @ 20 and waiting further on Ho-Oh, but took one to 3000 on its initial tour. My Mew is at 25, but will be at 30 soon. I even have my region’s current dragon Latias at 30 already.

Others would ask: do you have a Raikou? how many Zapdos candies? Is the raiding scene active enough for you to earn rare candies at 3-4 a day?

Have a look and see if the 15/15/14 gets the same HP as the 15/15/15 at the maximum level.

If it does, it is effectively a 100%, identical in performance and characteristics except CP.

It is 153 vs 154 hp at level 40.

I have my Zapdos at level 35–14a/15/14. A Raikou maxed at 14a/15/14. I just decided to take a 2nd Raikou to level 32 15a/13/14 instead of finishing the Zapdos off.
