100% IV Eevee evolution

I just hatched a perfect IVs eevee. What should I do with him? I dont have any good eevolutions (none of them have optimal movesets) and I havent spent dust on them. Should I get an espeon/umbreon? Or try for any of the other 3? (I have already used the naming trick, so I guess I cant really choose any of them). What would be the best options right now?

I just caught a 98 iv level 29 Eevee and my plan is to make an Espeon after the event ends. I don't have a FS/OH Flareon, but I feel like I need another solid psychic Mon for Machamp raids. I guess it matters what you have versus what you need. I would say Espeon because though you can't predict moves, you can predict the Mon.

I'd go for Espeon. At level 40 he'll reach exactly 3000 CP, so everyone will know he's 100% when you show him off.

If you don't care about swagpoints and just want a strong pokémon, it's all about what you need. Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon and Espeon are all good attackers of their respective types. Umbreon is a bit slow to be an attacker, but he's a solid defender. Vaporeon thrives as a defender as well.

No choice is strictly superior - pick what you need and/or want the most.
