100% IV 6xx CP Teddiursa evolved to 7xx Ursaring?

This one boggles my mind. I had a perfect IV Teddiursa and decided to evolve it. Its CP only went up by about 100 after I evolved it.

How can this be?
Ive also had pokemon loose CP when I evolve them too such as I would have a 900CP tentacool and evolve it to get a 850 tentacruel.

Edit: Never mind. I was mass evolving on 3 devices and clicked the wrong Teaddiursa lol.

Its level 9.

That is really bizarre. Never had that happen to me before. Only pokes that may lose CP are Weedle to Kakuna, and Caterpie to Metapod.

1 no evolutions with lower cp
2 CP ursaring is around double from teddiursa

I was 100 percent sure my dragonite had dragon claw and my omastar had stone edge but apparently I have always had dragon pulse and rock slide 0.0 the stoner life is hard lol jk jk ;p

A 100% 6xx teddy is between level 18-20. It would evolve into an Ursaring at 1400-1600. Plus, Tentacool can't hit 900 until level 36. However, I guess if you powered up a tentacool that much, you deserve for it to go down in CP.

I clicked the wrong one. Its been a long day chasing EXP for an event that supposed to end 4 hours ago
