On May 29th, Niantic announced two new Pokemon video game titles for the Nintendo Switch. Pokemon Let's Go! Pikachu and Pokemon Let's Go! Eevee will release on November 16th, 2018 and will feature integration with Pokemon GO.
Trainers will be able to transfer their Pokemon from the mobile title to the Nintendo Switch game. There is also a way to transfer data from the Nintendo Switch to Pokemon GO, but that has not been revealed yet. All that has been said is "You'll meet a Special Pokemon".
