Hatchathon Event Begins Today

On November 14, 2018, Niantic announced a new Egg event happening for two weeks. From now until November 27 at 1PM PT, different Pokemon will be available through 2km eggs, and Shiny Elekid will be available. Here's the list of Pokemon affected:

In addition, some Pokemon with Sinnoh evolutions are now available to evolve, IF you have a "Sinnoh Stone", a mysterious new evolution item that is available through a RESEARCH BREAKTHROUGH. The Pokemon available now are listed below.

It's time to get cracking on an egg-citing event! From November 14 at 1:00 p.m. PST to November 27 at 1:00 p.m. PST, some Pokemon with evolved forms originally discovered in the Sinnoh region--such as Rhyhorn, Porygon, and Magby--will be present in 2km Eggs! Check out the details below:
