Should I max my Shiny Charizard?

Are you looking for an actual answer, or validation that you should just max your awesome Charizard? You already know that you can't do much better than 15-13-15 and you're most likely never getting another shiny that good. If you're asking the question about whether you should max it or not, then you've already thought about it. The answer is simple: if you can spare the dust and you want to power it up, go for it. I just maxed a 100% Donphan just for kicks. It's fun seeing that power up button go away.

Yes, it's a good investment. Slightly worse than a Moltres but unique and without a Rare Candy cost. Don't spend Rare Candy on it, though.

Probably not. Maybe take it up to 33-37. Those last few levels take a lot of stardust and are rarely worth it.

I literally watched player after player catch 7-12 shinys and after some 400 candy earned I caught 1 with 1 minute left til 5 and evolved on the spot to 300 CP. Its less than 50% and I am thinking about maxing it...So... FU
