Current Tier 3 raid bosses

Are there five or six?

Machamp, Jinx, Piloswine, Granbull, Gengar,

and some sources show Pinsir, others do not. I have not seen Pinsir out there. Have you?

It depends on which part of the world you are.

Pinsir appears only in areas where Latios is the current legendary raid boss. Similarly, Granbull follows Latias.

Just to clarify, Latias = Granbull while Latios = Pinsir

I have seen Pinsir but it's rare. I couldn't reach it on time, I really wanted to grab another bug.
