August 8th, 2019 brings the third day for GO Fest Yokohama 2019.
Players today can catch Ash Hat Pikachu around the world. Shiny Ash Hat Pikachu is also available.
Ash Hat Pichu or Shiny Ash Hat Pichu don't seem to be available.
UPDATE: Twitter user @evil_bastard has posted proof of Ash Hat Pichu hatching from eggs.

Global Challenge Progress: Day 3
Blanche's Global Research Challenge had its progress updated at 4 AM CST today.
- Team Mystic: COMPLETE!
- Team Valor: 21.8 million
- Team Instinct: 15.7 million
- GO Fest Yokohama: 1.43 million
The goals are 25 million per team and 2 million for the GO Fest Yokohama area.

New Game Notifications
As reported on r/TheSilphRoad, several players in Pokemon GO have received different notifications regarding caring for yourself and the players around you. Redditor u/McLovin1019 received this push notification about staying hydrated:
In addition, Redditor u/daftvalkyrie received an interesting notification in the raid lobby during Legendary Raid Hour. It appears that Niantic is taking steps to ask their players to be more careful when out playing the game.
This may be in relation to a lawsuit that was settled by Niantic earlier this year regarding new rules for removing PokeStops.
